| Parts We Supply. | Description. |
| Bearings. | Big Ends, Cam Bearings, Main Bearings, Small End Bearings, Thrust Washers. |
| Standard & heavy duty materials. |
A bearing
allows an engine component to rotate on a film of oil without seizing up. |
| Cam followers. | Follows the motion of the camshaft transferring it to the valves. |
| Camshafts. | A device which opens and closes the valves in time with the pistons. |
| Carburettors. | Supplies fuel and air mixture to the engine. |
| Core Engine Components. | Components can be supplied when the customers own component is beyond economical repair. |
| Components include:- Blocks, Cranks, Heads, Rods etc. |
| Core Plugs. | A safety device to prevent damage to the engine in freezing conditions. |
| Crankshafts. | Transfers the motion of the pistons to the flywheel. |
| Cylinder
Blocks. | Houses
all the moving parts. |
| Cylinder Liners. | Fits into the block to restore
the cylinder bore. |
| Fans. | Supply cooling air to the
engine. |
| Filters. | Removes foreign bodies from the engine oil. |
| Gaskets. | Provides a seal between metal components. |
| Head
Bolts. | Clamps
the head to the cylinder block. |
| Hydraulic Lifters. | An automatic cam follower. |
| New Cylinder Heads. | Bolts on the top of the block whilst holding the valves to allow the gases
to flow through the engine. |
| Certain cylinder heads are
capable of housing the camshaft train. |
| Oil Pumps. | Supplies a constant flow
of oil to essential engine components. |
| Oils. | We use a wide range of high
performance lubricants for every engine application from new engine ‘running in’ oil to fully synthetic racing
oil. |
| Piston Rings. | Provide a seal between the piston & the piston
bore. |
| Pistons. | Compress the mixture within the engine to provide the
power to the crank shaft. |
| Plugs. | Provide the spark to ignite
the incoming fuel. |
| Rods. | Hold the pistons to the crank. |
| Sumps. | Hold the oil at the bottom of the engine. |
| Timing
Belts & Kits. | Ensures that all the rotating parts within the energy remain in synchronisation with each other. |
| Timing Chains & Kits. | Ensures that all the rotating parts within the energy remain in synchronisation with each
other. |
| Valve Guides. | Made from a wide variety of materials all of which
allow the valve to function consistently inside the cylinder head. |
| Valve
Springs. | Controls
the motion of the valves. |
| Vernier Pulleys. | A high performance device
allowing the correct timing of the camshaft. |
| Water
Pumps. | Promotes the
circulation of the coolant through the engine. |
